- Feedback submissions — messages, feedback type, and optionally your email address if provided voluntarily

All property data displayed on UKPropertyIntel is sourced from publicly available government datasets including HM Land Registry and Ordnance Survey. This data is publicly available and does not constitute personal data for the purposes of UK GDPR.

We retain feedback submissions for up to 2 years. Usage analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
7. Third party services
We use the following third party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics. Loaded only with your consent (via our cookie banner) and with IP anonymisation enabled. Our lawful basis is your consent. See Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
